At WTED, we recognize that every business is different. We understand that even within the same industry each business has its own unique set of challenges. Within the same company, different plants or departments all can experience a wide range of training needs. We specialize in programs tailored to meet the specific individual needs of the businesses we serve. We will help assess your current operation and then design training curriculum to achieve your goals based on your needs. Our instructors will maintain academic excellence and program quality as they design your customized training package. Your Schedule

Work schedules, production deadlines, and employee availability can cause serious problems and added expenses for training programs. We recognize that your training programs may need to adapt to production schedules and employee availability. Days, evenings, weekends, or a blend of schedules may be necessary. Whatever your scheduling needs, we will do our utmost to work out creative schedules that will enhance your training's effectiveness and your employee's attitudes and productivity.

Your Location

Training programs that meet your needs and your schedules accomplish little if they are not delivered to the right location. Your site or ours, we deliver your training where, when, and how your needs dictate. We will strive to meet your training needs, on your schedule, and at the location of your choice with current and effective programming.
