| Stay on Pace
|
5/18/2009 Hi Everyone It's good to have all of you in class. Don't forget to read this document:
Getting Started in
MathXL Pete Esser |
| When you log into Math XL, consult the
course
calendar for test deadlines and check for recent course announcements.
Homework and Practice Tests are "active" ahead of
the official starting date of June 8, 2009. Do not click on a graded test until you are ready for it, because if you start and back out of it, it will either score a 0 or determine a score based on the few problems you may have tried. So if you are really curious about what a particular chapter test will look like, try the Practice Tests that are available in MathXL. Make sure you are staying on pace. Remember you have 9 chapters to complete and there are 16 weeks in the semester. That means you have to complete roughly 1 chapter in 1 1/2 weeks or so. ***During summer school, you will need to complete 1 1/2 chapters per week since the semester is 6 weeks long.*** |
