Brandon chose Southwest Tech because of the hands-on atmosphere and the fact that it had a specific degree that matched with this career interests.
Brandon was nominated Student Body President in his final year. “It was an honor to have so many students nominate and vote for me. I also had a ton of support to bring the National Day of Silence to the campus.” NDOS is a day in which students are silent for the day to mimic the silence that LGTBT students face every day of their lives so they are not beaten up or made fun of.
“The faculty and staff was so great to work with and I felt welcomed on campus.”
