Charger Community Builders
The Charger Community Builders network builds its foundation on one central theme: Everyone a Learner, Everyone a Teacher, Everyone a Leader. Participants will use a living PDSA Cycle – Plan, Do, Study, Act to work through a charter that outlines change they want to see in their community. Throughout this process, they will become a member of the CCB Network, in which they will remain for life.

Charger Community Builders®
The mission of CCB is clear: Everyone a Learner, Everyone a Teacher, Everyone a Leader. Over the course of 4 sessions, participants will use the PDSA Cycle – Plan, Do, Study, Act to engage in a plan that involves community change. Students will start off learning about themselves and what drives change in their communities. Then as we work through the Change formula, students will learn about Relational Networking and how to overcome Resistance.
