Manufacturing Expo (Business & Education Summit) Complementary exhibit booth and FREE attendance at the event.
Member Spotlight A business will be featured each month on our website and social media.
Networking Work closely with your counterpart at other manufacturing facilities. Learn from them, share ideas, and solve critical issues collaboratively.
K-12 Outreach Opportunities will be promoted on the website and on social media. SWAG can also help connect you to the high school students in your community.
Manufacturing Superstars Nominate employees for an award and winners will be highlighted in marketing material throughout the year with video placed on the website.
Quarterly Membership Meetings Attend the quarterly membership meetings with keynote speakers and content experts in February, May, August, and November. ($150 value)
Promote Job Opportunities Located on the SWAG website and through social media platforms.
Scholarships The Alliance will sponsor college scholarships for manufacturing related degrees for the 24-25 school year.
Training Grants The alliance can help secure grants for member companies to train their employees in leadership, mechanical, troubleshooting topics, and more.
Task Force Participation Participate in one or more Task Forces on: Career Paths, Educational Partnerships, Communications, or Events.

Join a Task Force!
Career Paths – Engage youth and potential industry employees to the wide variety of career fields within manufacturing.
Communications – Change the image of manufacturing via marketing and public relations initiatives.
Educational Partnerships – Work with educators and parents to bring awareness of the many educational opportunities available to support a career in manufacturing.
Events – Work to raise additional funds to support manufacturing in the region through scholarships and other opportunities.
