The children at our center are occasionally photographed or video-tapped by us and/or media in order to share some of the exiting events that take place at our school. These photos/videos may appear in center newsletters, brochures, local newspapers, social media, or the college website. Student names, addresses or other identifying information will not be published.
By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the above information and understand that by signing this I am giving my permission for Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and the child care center to post center-related photos or videos of my child in the media listed above.
I understand that I will not receive any compensation as a result of any use of my child’s likeness. I waive any rights of privacy and/or approval that I might otherwise have with regard to any promotional materials. No use of my child’s likeness shall be the basis of any future claim of any kind against Southwest Tech, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, successors or assign, nor shall this release be made on the basis of any such claim.
