We are hiring an Associate Degree – Nursing Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction related to care of clients and families in the acute, long-term, and community health care settings.  The position requires current knowledge, skills, and attitudes consistent with the legal and ethical practice of registered nursing. This full-time position includes a minimum of 190 workdays annually between July 1 - June 30 and may require evening and weekend hours as well as delivery of curriculum off site.

Southwest Tech faculty and staff are celebrating three college employees who completed the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute (WILDI)! 

Chris Bowers, Disabilities/Support Services Manager
Dan Imhoff, Executive Director of Facilities 
Christina Winch, Academic Lead/Agriculture Instructor

WILDI was initiated in 1995 by the Wisconsin Technical College System in partnership with The Chair Academy. Since then, it has graduated hundreds of administrative and faculty leaders, strengthening the leadership skills of current and future WTCS leaders. 
 
The goals of the Institute are to:
• Develop leaders in all areas of technical college leadership
• Increase diversity of leaders across all management levels
• Foster interaction with other WTCS leaders through collaborative experiences and practicum opportunities with a college mentor
