By filling out this form you request that your student directory information not be used publically. Southwest Tech has designated the following as directory information:

  • Student Name
  • Address
  • SWTC Email address
  • Photographs
  • Program of Study
  • Enrollment Status (full- or part-time)
  • Dates of Attendance
  • Degrees and Awards Received
  • Dates of Degrees
  • Participation in officially recognized activities

NOTE: Not allowing Southwest Tech to release your directory information will result in your name not showing up your hometown newspapers and other places when the College puts out graduation announcements, Dean's List, awards, or other announcements related to your success at Southwest Tech.
