The Culinary Arts program provides training in all aspects of food preparation and production, and helps students to acquire skills ranging from advanced food preparation techniques to food service management.

A Pathway Certificate is an initial set of courses taken from an already approved degree that provides you with a set of specific skills to prepare you for entry-level employment. All credits earned in the pathway certificate can be applied to the diploma.
