This cluster focuses on management, marketing and operation of restaurants and other food services, lodging, attractions, recreation and travel services.

Culinary Arts: Learn skills ranging from advanced food preparation techniques to food services management including quantity food preparation, nutrition, catering essentials, decorative foods, wines, baking, and gourmet dining.
Culinary Management: Learn the skills needed to enter management and marketing positions in the food service industry including business operations, training and supervision practices, large quality food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Culinary Specialist: Learn about all areas of basic quantity food preparation and kitchen operations.
Food Production Assistant: Learn to perform a variety of food preparation duties including cold foods and shellfish, meat, soups, vegetables, desserts and other foodstuffs.
Golf Course Management: Learn about tournament and golf course marketing and promotion, techniques for teaching the game, business and hospitality operations, horticulture and turf management, and golf course design.
Individualized Technical Studies: Combine courses from two or more major areas of study into an Associate of Applied Science Degree that meets specific career preparation goals not available in other programs.
University Transfer Liberal Arts: Take courses to meet the general requirements of a four-year degree, and then transfer these credits toward a Bachelor’s of Science or Arts program at a college or university.
